Returns:

All products may be returned due to manufacturer defect and receive a refund. All other product sales may be returned if unopened and in resalable condition. Services (courses, instruction and their ancillary products) may not be returned.

Refunds:

Class and instruction fees are generally nonrefundable, but if you are unable to make a class date, you are welcome to schedule a replacement date to take the course. Some exceptions may apply. If you are having an issue attending, please let us know and we will work with you. Rentals are non-refundable.
